By Thadeus Emmanuel
PROMPT — Despite ...
When our hearts are bitter
And tears oozing like spring water
You will find it best to cry, harder
With more nerves just to feed the flame
And then, with a feel of a pinch of-
pleasure, yet undefined.
The tints of sadness plastered around
Will be flushed with a rush of tears
And the thirst of anger quenched
With a dearth of a bitter heart.
