By Kenneth Kesner
PROMPT—No one noticed ...
it could remind you of other times
when a door quiet as gray
unhinged at its side
about to be stripped and planed
in a hallway by the room
where shadows give away
a window at the edge of summer
or whenever autumn arrives
for another to enter hoping to leave
Kenneth Kesner (肯内思) splits his time between the Caucasus and South East Asia. Some recent works are featured in: Choeofplerin Press, the engine(idling, Flora Fiction, Poetry Pacific, and Wayne Literary Review.
